Hong Kong Microfest brings great international, small-scale shows to Hong Kong. The first festival ran from 21 April to 2 May 2009 and was greeted with a great response and excellent reviews – see archive page for more information.

The Microfest festival will return in 2011 in the refurbished Hong Kong Fringe Club. In 2010 Microfest will bring some award-winning productions to Hong Kong for one-off shows. Microfest will also produce a HK based show in the spring to follow up on their acclaimed Chekhov comedies.

Baba Brinkman’s show “The Rap Guide to Evolution” won a Fringe First at the 2009 Edinburgh Fringe Festival. You can download the album from his website.
